At a time when we all were busy celebrating the sacred relationship between brother and sister, how the advertising industry also couldn't stay behind. This industry too celebrated this special relationship along with several other 'cherishable relationships' in style; and served us some sweet-and-salty visual treats. Here are the ones that we loved!

Hike Messenger Ad

If you have a bestie, you know how important this relationship is in everyone's life. While there are several ways of celebrating this relationship - sharing a drink, chit-chatting for hours, swapping notes etc—what really keeps friends connected in the recent times are messengers and WhatsApp. Hike depicted this fact perfectly in the ad below, and this is why it has got a mention in our list.




Videocon #IWishIHadaSister - Happy RakshaBandhan

We saw almost a dozen of Rakhshabandhan ads, but this one stole the show because of its unique execution. The creative agency chose to stay away from brother-sister fights or no gift exchange ideas, and spoke of things that brothers can enjoy only with sisters. Understanding, care, love and what not. Kudos to the creative minds behind this ad.




TrulyMadly's Boy Browsing Ad

We often come across ads and stories where boys are checking out girls, but very rarely we see girls hitting on boys. Not in the Indian media at least. TrulyMadly made an attempt to change the norm with its recent Boy Browsing ad, and they did it so brilliantly that they reserved as spot in this week's Top 3 list. Now, we will not give you the entire story line here to kill the fun. You must watch it.
